On May 27th, Fox Point hosted a Car Parade for High School graduates in the neighborhood in partnership with the FPHA Board, the Barrington Police Department, and Fox Point parents. Parents of graduating seniors registered for the event and cars lined up at the boat docks where they were met with a police escort. The parade route wove around both the north and south side of Fox Point -driving past each graduating senior’s house — 37 houses. Countless neighbors young and old participated from their lawns and porches with signs, cheers, and well wishes for our neighborhood graduates.
What a wonderful way to come together as a neighborhood to celebrate these students – just another example of why we should all be proud to live in Fox Point.
