MEETING & ELECTION OF 2009 BOARD MEMBERS

Homeowners should make plans for perpetuating the functions
of maintaining our community by attending the Annual
Meeting. This year’s meeting will be on Monday, January 26
at 7:30 at the Barrington Library. A quorum is needed to
accept the proposed budget for 2009 and elect new Board
Members.
Nominations for a Board position may still be given to
Chairman Susan Lenz prior to December 26th.
Guidelines are on page 16 of your Directory under Article
VII.

Final editing
will be done early in January. Check your listing for
accuracy and contact Joyce Carlson, 381-6821, with any
needed changes. Suggestions for the formatting of the
beginning 20 pages are welcome.

This issue is a
combined December-January edition. Our faithful Block
Captains will be delivering the Annual Report published by
the Board in mid-January. News for the February issue is
needed by January 20.
